TP is seeking a customer service professional in Penang, Malaysia to handle inbound calls and emails related to flight bookings, changes, and refunds. You will provide accurate information on products, baggage, check-in, and travel requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 6 months of service experience preferred. Excellent English (CEFR C1), empathy, and the ability to multitask are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in any industry; airline/travel/hospitality experience is a plus
• Excellent English proficiency (CEFR C1) in speaking, reading, writing, and listening
• Strong customer service, communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, and reservation systems

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls and email
• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel enquiries
• Provide accurate information on airline products, services, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and travel requirements
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience
• Process bookings, payments, and customer information accurately while maintaining data confidentiality
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Achieve individual and team targets for quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on airline policies, products, and systems through continuous learning
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security standards
