Job summary

Electroloy Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the sales team, shape strategic plans, and expand market coverage across ASEAN. You will drive budgets, forecasts, and sales analyses while building key customer relationships and supporting existing accounts.

The role requires 5+ years of managerial experience in electronics/semiconductor sectors, with SMT exposure preferred, and strong business acumen and bilingual communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 5 years of managerial working experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic/ Semiconductor industry. Familiar with SMT processes will be an advantage.
• Familiar & industry experience of the ASEAN countries is definitely an advantage.
• Strong business acumen & analytical skills to translate information into actionable business strategy.
• Require to possess strong bilingual communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 14001 EMS is essential but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve or exceed overall corporate Sales objectives.
• Identify & develop strategic business plans, new market opportunities & expand market coverage.
• Budget & forecasting responsibilities.
• Prepare sales analysis report.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers.
• Support & maintain existing customers.
• Collaborate with Technical department for product qualification and provide technical feedback.
• Ensure customer related processes in Sales are executed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other Commercial Managers in other regions.
• Ensure compliance with RBA ethics and integrity standards.
• Relay customer compliance requirements to internal teams (QA) and communicate back to customers promptly.
