Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven account strategy professional to analyse local operator activities and dealer programs, and to propose action plans aligned with the company’s patterns and distributors focus.

You will drive distributor and dealer development, plan distribution expansion, maintain dealer data, ensure compliance of visitation cycles, and deliver timely management reports while contributing to market leadership in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, channel management, or distributor development is preferred.
• Ability to analyse market opportunities and present actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
• Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
• Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• Up to date dealer management database.
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel.
• Timely submission of management reports.
• To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region
