MAXIS Malaysia is seeking a strategic analyst to analyse and present Local Operator activities, dealer programs, sales incentives and new plans. You will forecast, capture and propose action plans based on SWOT for the assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Strategy planning & execution of distributors sell-in and dealers development.
• Dealer development & training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
• Formulate effective and efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• Up to date dealer management database and timely audit of exclusive channel."
• To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region.
