Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented professional to design and govern distributor and aggregator partnership frameworks. The role focuses on channel enablement, governance, and growth initiatives to improve performance and scalability across the distributor and aggregator portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing opportunities, driving engagement programs, and monitoring key productivity metrics to support data-driven decisions and sustainable channel expansion.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification specialized in Business Admin, Marketing or Finance.
• Total relevant experience of 4 to 6 years.
• Telco/IT/FMCG industry exposure would be an added advantage.
• General business and field sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern partnership frameworks, enablement initiatives and channel operating standards.
• Drive enablement initiatives and engagement programs to strengthen capabilities and sales effectiveness.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities to expand channel reach and growth.
• Monitor productivity metrics to drive data-informed decision making.
