Job summary

Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. is seeking a Regional Business Analyst to bridge IT and business users, including 3rd party vendors. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, and proposing IT-enabled solutions.

The incumbent will conduct system integration testing, support ERP implementations (D365FO/CE), and prepare training materials. Strong communication in English is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proficient in English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• Experience with ERP projects and system integrations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT and business users and between IT and vendors.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions to produce functional documentation.

Regional Business Analyst is responsible for liaison between IT and business users as well as IT and 3rd party vendors.

Job Description

• Act as the liaison between IT and business users as well as IT and 3rd party vendors.
• Conduct business/technical requirements gathering sessions to produce business process and functional requirement related documentation.
• Understand the business needs, balance the requirements amongst business stakeholders and recommend solutions.
• Conduct system integration testing and assist in customization development trouble-shooting.
• Prepare test plan/test script, test Report and UAT log.
• Prepare training materials and Provide User training.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• System go-live supports.
• Work closely with local and regional team.

Education

• University graduate preferable in Computer Science, information System, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis.

Skills

• Knowledge and practical experiences in D365FO/CE.
• At least two years’s hands-on experience with ERP system analytical and problem solving skills along with being organized, structure and assertive.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• Experience in Application development and ERP system implementation will be an advantage.
• Experience in process standardization and harmonization is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Platform is an advantage.
