Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance-focused D365FO specialist to lead the analysis, design, and support of Finance modules across multiple regions. You will translate BU requirements into functional specifications, configure the system, and drive testing, training, and documentation.

You will mentor teams and collaborate with developers, architects, and PMs to ensure compliant, efficient financial operations within a dynamic FMCG/Retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) are beneficial.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with focus on Finance.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and user training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and support of D365FO Finance modules across regions and BUs.
• Gather requirements from BUs and translate into functional specs, configuring the system.
• Oversee system testing of changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Provide SME in Finance modules and ensure best practices for compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers for delivery.
• Act as primary support for troubleshooting and end-user assistance across regions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on D365FO advancements.
• Lead training across regions to enable effective ERP use for finance and ops.
• Evaluate third-party integrations to align with business needs.

  business needs across multiple regions and business units (BUs).
• Independently gather business requirements from various BUs, translate these into functional
  specifications, and configure the system to meet business objectives.
• Oversee and execute system testing of changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy, reliability, and
  performance across diverse regions and business units.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Finance modules, ensuring the application of industry best practices to
  enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, and project managers,
  to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet the needs of global business units.
• Act as the primary support point for troubleshooting and resolving issues, offering support to end-users
  across multiple regions and ensure timely solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, business processes,
  functional design, and issue resolutions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across global teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 advancements, industry
