Cel-Elements Holding (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to cover Melaka and Negeri Sembilan. The role focuses on engaging beauty salons, driving sales, and expanding business partnerships across the region.

You will manage client growth, educate partners on product knowledge, and support onboarding to the CE Nexus Ecosystem. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales or Marketing, or in Skin Care/Beauty Wellness.
• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent Cel-Elements to beauty salons across Melaka & Negeri Sembilan.
• Apply sales funnel methodologies to manage your pipeline and improve conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with market demands and company strategy.
• Educate salon partners on product knowledge and Galaxy CE Nexus Ecosystem usage.
• Train and onboard clients on our online ordering platform.
