Job summary

Zent Circle Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Northern Area Sales & Business Development Executive to cover Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Northern Perak.

You will represent our portfolio of professional beauty brands and drive new business with salons, spas and beauty professionals. The role requires regular travel within the Northern Malaysia region, building lasting relationships and growing sales through demonstrations, promotions and proactive follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience in beauty, nail, spa, salon, cosmetics, skincare or professional beauty industry is advantageous.
• B2B field sales experience from other industries encouraged.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Able to work independently while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the Northern Malaysia territory.
• Visit nail salons, beauty salons, spas and other professional beauty businesses regularly.
• Identify and acquire new salon and business accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Reactivate inactive or dormant customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product introductions, demonstrations and sampling when required.
• Present promotions, new product launches and business programmes to customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and repeat purchases.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly customer visit plans and sales activity reports.
