Job summary

KooBits Learning Pte Ltd seeks a Regional B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify Southeast Asian schools, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will conduct outbound prospecting across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines and more, booking meetings and product demonstrations while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in lead generation or related role.
Experience with outbound prospecting and high-volume calls.
Experience selling to schools or B2B is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Identify potential schools across Southeast Asia and connect with decision-makers.
Build and maintain a database of prospective school customers and contacts.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
Introduce KooBits and communicate its value proposition clearly and professionally.
Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria and identify genuine opportunities.
Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects to move them toward a sales conversation.
