Job summary

Naue Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle across Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ. You will build strong customer and distributor relationships and manage the pipeline to close deals.

The role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales, market knowledge of Asia-Pacific regions, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Based in Malaysia with regional travel availability, you will collaborate with senior sales and presales while driving growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B sales or similar commercial role.
• Understanding of Southeast/East Asia and/or ANZ markets.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and business English.
• Proactive, persistent and results-driven.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Able to manage sales and administrative tasks accurately.
• Based in Malaysia with regional travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to order confirmation.
• Qualify opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through follow-ups and prospecting.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate to secure purchase orders.
• Grow accounts through upsell and long-term value.
• Maintain distributor relationships and regular commercial contact.
• Ensure CRM opportunities, forecasts, and data accuracy.
• Support senior sales and presales on joint opportunities.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with a commercial focus.
• Handle sales administration, invoices, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
