Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across Southeast Asia for a leading global distributor of electronic components and technology solutions.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing channel partners and enterprise customers, and converting leads and design-in opportunities into successful sales. Experience with OEMs, system integrators and regional market development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive demand and sales growth across Southeast Asia.
• Manage and grow existing resellers, distributors, e-commerce partners, education partners and enterprise customers.
• Identify and develop new partners and customers to expand market coverage.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and opportunity development through to purchase order.
• Address customer and partner requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop strategies to maximise revenue and growth from enterprise customers and channel partners.
• Deliver quarterly sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Create campaigns to generate new customers and design-in opportunities.
