About the Job:

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of both business development and end-to-end recruitment. Your Responsibilities will be:

Drive business growth through new client acquisition, business development, and expansion of existing client accounts.

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, managing hiring requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, including market mapping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and successful placement.

Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client hiring objectives across various functions and industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level candidates and clients, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights.

Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and talent movements to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.

Collaborate closely with research, marketing, and operations teams to drive successful recruitment outcomes and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.

1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, business development, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in candidate placements and/or client development.

Prior experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management would be an advantage.

Exposure to IT recruitment or the technology sector would be an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills.

Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, candidates, and priorities effectively.
