Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Malaysia to lead end-to-end recruitment across SEA markets. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR partners to understand needs, craft sourcing strategies, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, data-driven recruitment, and efficient use of ATS tools across multiple locations, including cross-regional collaboration for Australia and selected SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
• Experience supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner with consultative and service-oriented approach.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Create and post job advertisements through appropriate channels.
• Source candidates via direct sourcing, referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interview assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather timely feedback.
• Ensure positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

• Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner by delivering a consultative and service-oriented approach.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Create and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channels.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media platforms, networking, and other talent channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interview assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes and facilitate timely feedback collection.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.

Cross-Regional Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Support recruitment activities across Australia and selected SEA markets.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize market knowledge and talent mapping techniques to identify qualified candidates.
• Adapt recruiting approaches based on local market conditions and business requirements.
• Share insights on talent availability, competitive hiring practices, and market trends.

Recruitment Operations

• Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support offer preparation and onboarding activities.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local market practices.
• Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with end-to-end recruitment responsibility and at least 2 years' experience supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for industrial manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or operations-related functions.
• Experience in agency recruitment and/or in-house Talent Acquisition environments.
• Exposure to regional recruitment practices across SEA.
• Familiarity with talent market research and sourcing strategies.
