Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner open to fresh graduates to join our recruitment team. You will work closely with consultants to connect candidates with Singapore-based clients, sourcing through multiple channels and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

You will review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. A Bachelor’s degree and a sales-driven mindset will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior HR internship or HR experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven mindset with KPI awareness and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based consultants to understand client needs and role profiles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates during the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the ATS.

Gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and the recruitment process while developing valuable skills and building meaningful professional relationships.

What You'll Do:

Source and attract suitable talent through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms, to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Collaborate closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.

Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communications between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage of their hiring journey.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment records in our ATS.

Build and nurture strong candidate relationships while ensuring a positive, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the recruitment journey.
