Job summary

ZTE (MALAYSIA) CORPORATION SDN. BHD. is seeking an organized HR Project Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, and arrange interviews with hiring managers and clients.

You will communicate interview timelines, provide feedback, and assist with onboarding. This role requires multi-tasking, proactive coordination, and strong stakeholder communication within a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to travel for business trip on adhoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding matters.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure hiring requirements are met.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates.
• Support other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
