Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking a Recruitment Coordination professional in Kuala Lumpur to acknowledge interview requests within one business day and coordinate interviewers, candidates, meeting details, and assessments. You will issue candidate communications and ensure timely status updates, while maintaining ATS records and documentation.

You will administer trackers for interview, offers, pre-boarding and onboarding, and compile data for dashboards and reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Management or Psychology.
• At least three (3) years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience covering interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS records, reporting administration and onboarding hand-off.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and action interview scheduling requests within one Business Day.
• Coordinate interviewers, candidates, meeting details, rooms/links, approved assessments and schedule changes.
• Issue approved candidate communications and ensure status updates follow COMPANY feedback within two Business Days.
• Maintain ATS requisition/candidate records, stage dates, next actions, notes and required documentation.
• Administer interview, offer, check, pre-boarding and commencement trackers and follow up overdue actions.
• Compile data for weekly dashboards, monthly service reviews and operational action logs.
• Support onboarding hand-off and confirm actual commencement evidence.
• Protect candidate information, apply access controls and escalate data or communication errors immediately.
