Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Malaysia seeks a Recruitment Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced, process-driven team. You will support the contingent/contract worker lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding and provide first-line customer support to Hiring Managers and Suppliers.

Key duties include coordinating interviews, processing onboarding/off-boarding, updating worker assignments, communicating with clients and vendors, and assisting with invoice management.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, or MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Hiring Managers, Suppliers, and Recruitment Program Specialists during all stages of the contract/contingent labor lifecycle.
• Document client issues and track resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide regular program status updates to leadership and assist in invoice management.
