Job summary

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves preparing reports, handling orders and commissions, and maintaining our CRM system.

You will assist Account Managers on projects, coordinate end-to-end processes, and support billing matters. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in sales coordination within IT or telecom, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordinating role, including customer communication and quotation support in IT or Telecommunication.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable with outgoing personality.
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented; able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Sales-related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales or market analysis reports.
• Handle sales order entries and resolve commission issues with billing team.
• Maintain and improve internal sales system (CRM / Salesforce).
• Support Account Managers on customer projects, including follow-up, quotation support, end-to-end coordination, and billing matters.
• Collaborate with departments to improve Accounts Receivables and Credit Control processes.
• Assist departments in organizing activities and promotional events when needed.
• Handle ad hoc administration duties and customer projects.
