Job summary

ZTE Corporation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

You will coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients; act as a liaison to ensure hiring requirements are met; maintain candidate records and recruitment databases; and prepare recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to travel for business trips on adhoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview arrangement.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding matters.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure hiring requirements are met.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates.
• Support other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
