Job summary

Paramadina is seeking a proactive Recruitment Assistant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing to placement—across multiple clients. You will coordinate interviews, gather feedback from clients and candidates, and source candidates via portals, referrals, and social networks.

You will screen and assess candidate fit, understand career goals, and provide guidance to help match people with opportunities. Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field; psychology/HR/business/hospitality are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
