Job summary

Tap Growth ai is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Kuala Lumpur (Fresh grads welcome) to connect talented candidates with career opportunities for Singapore-based clients.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate relationships while collaborating with Singapore-based consultants to meet hiring needs. Training and guidance are provided for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• HR or HR internship experience is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs
• Motivated by performance-based rewards

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across different roles.
• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.
• Build meaningful candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to managing interviews, stakeholder communication, and candidate relationships. Develop your recruitment and business skills in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
