Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings and job descriptions
• Source and screen resumes from job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and video interviews to pre-screen candidates
• Profile candidates and present them to clients
• Identify and pitch to potential clients in targeted industries
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Engage with candidates, providing career advice and support
• Facilitate interviews and manage candidate relationships
• Handle sales operations related to recruitment
