Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR/BA or related field
• 1–2 years of HR, recruitment, F&B or retail experience preferred
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and headhunting
• Proactively identify and headhunt candidates for operational, restaurant and management roles
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Monitor recruitment progress to meet hiring timelines
• Support onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR records
• Assist with payroll checks (attendance, overtime, leave) and payroll preparation
• Support statutory HR matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) as required
• Handle general office administrative tasks and documentation
