Job summary

PASONA GROUP INC. is seeking a proactive candidate in Kuala Lumpur to assist recruiters with sourcing and screening.

You will publish job ads across portals and social media, participate in interview and assessment steps, and support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves maintaining candidate records, outreach to potential applicants, and collaboration with the team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiter team in the selection and sourcing of candidates.
• Edit and publish job advertisements across portals and social media.

• Support internal recruitment by screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database accurately and regularly.
