Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Sourcing to join our growing team. You will source and screen candidates across industries, conduct initial interviews, and help match talent to client needs.

No prior recruitment experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Training provided and guidance from Senior Recruiters. Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with clear career progression and a supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Source and identify suitable candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, databases and other platforms

Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews

Understand candidates’ experience and career preferences

Recommend suitable candidates to our clients

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Work closely with our Senior Recruiters / Team Leads to achieve placement targets

Build and maintain a strong candidate database
