Job summary

Recruitment and Business Development Executive

Actively source and recruit dentists and dental professionals for our organisation.

Build and maintain a strong network of dentists through personal networking, social media, professional groups, dental events and industry contacts.

Proactively approach potential candidates and introduce career opportunities.

Arrange and conduct initial discussions/interviews with prospective dentists.

Develop and maintain good relationships with dental professionals throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers and onboarding arrangements.

Keep track of potential candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.

Attend dental conferences, exhibitions, networking events and other relevant industry activities when required.

Promote our organisation as an attractive career destination for dentists.

Assist in developing new recruitment channels and creative ways to attract dental professionals.
