Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Digital Marketing and Patient Relations executive to join our management team. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage patient relationships, and supervise staff to grow the clinic.

The ideal candidate is Mandarin-speaking, fluent in English, with experience in social media, Canva/CapCut or Photoshop, and Meta Ads Manager. You will create ads, films, and posts, and ensure excellent service from enquiry to treatment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking is REQUIRED.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Creative and knowledgeable about current social-media trends.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager / paid social-media advertising is highly advantageous.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the clinic’s marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create ads for treatments such as Invisalign, braces, implants, veneers, whitening.
• Design promotional posters and social media advertisements.
• Plan, film and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and other content.
• Manage the clinic’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Run Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate new patient enquiries through digital marketing.
• Track advertising performance, enquiries and conversions.
• Develop new marketing ideas, promotions and campaigns with management.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with patients.
• Respond to WhatsApp and social-media enquiries.
• Follow up potential patients and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Explain promotions and treatment options clearly.
• Build good relationships with existing and potential patients.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure patients receive excellent service from enquiry through to treatment.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall patient experience.
• Supervise and coordinate the clinic team.
• Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs, policies and management instructions.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance and workplace conduct.
• Delegate duties and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct staff briefings and communicate management instructions.
• Maintain discipline and professional standards within the clinic.
• Address minor staff issues and conflicts professionally.
• Identify staff performance issues and report them to management.

This is a key role focused primarily on marketing and growing the clinic, managing patient relationships, and supervising our staff team.

Comfortable working directly with the clinic owner/management

Experience in dental, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, retail management or sales is an advantage
