Q & M Dental Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated Dental Surgery Assistants to provide chair-side support to Dental Surgeons, handle reception, patient management and sterilization of instruments.

You will attend to patient inquiries, register appointments, discharge patients, handle payments, enter treatment fees and assist with all dental procedures. The role involves assisting during treatments and maintaining clinic cleanliness.

• Ability to provide chair-side assistance to Dental Surgeons.

• Ability to cleanse, sterilize and store dental instruments and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to all patients' inquiries through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously.
• Register patients for appointments or walk-in treatment.
• Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payment, and scheduling next appointments.
• Collect payment accurately by cash, nets, cheques, or credit cards.
• Enter treatment fees and sale of dental products into the computer accurately.
• Provide chair-side assistance to the Dental Surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment.
• Hold the High-Vacuum Evacuator during treatment to suck out saliva, water, and blood.
• Pass required dental instruments to the Dental Surgeon.
• Mix and prepare dental materials for respective treatment.
• Cleanse, sterilize and store all appropriate dental instruments and equipment.

Dental Surgery Assistants provide chair-side assistance to Dental Surgeons and support clinic operations including reception, patient management, and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.

Key responsibilities

Attend to all patients' inquiries through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously

Register patients for appointments or walk-in treatment
