TITAN DENTAL SOLUTIONS (TDS) is seeking a Dental Sales Specialist to connect with dental professionals, introduce innovative products, and help clinics find solutions that meet their needs.

Fresh graduates are welcome and no dental background is required; we value eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and relationship-building skills. You will build a robust pipeline through visits, presentations, and targeted outreach.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities and promote dental products to clinics and groups.
• Visit dental clinics to understand needs, present products, and follow up.
• Develop new accounts via prospecting, referrals, networking, and appointments.
• Maintain relationships with follow-ups and responsive service.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate within guidelines; close sales.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams.
• Arrange installation, training, and after-sales support.
• Participate in dental events to promote products and generate leads.
• Assist with payments and coordinate with Finance for collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with training and competitor offerings.
• Support campaigns with Marketing and other teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by identifying business opportunities and promoting suitable products to dental clinics and dental groups

Conduct regular customer visits to understand clinic needs, introduce products, and follow up on sales opportunities

Develop new accounts through prospecting, referrals, networking, and appointment setting

Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and responsive service

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to explain product features, benefits, and practical applications

Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate within approved guidelines, and follow up to close sales

Coordinate sales orders and deliveries with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment

Arrange product installation, training, and after-sales support with the relevant teams

Participate in dental exhibitions, courses, workshops, and company events to promote products and generate leads

Follow up on outstanding payments and work with the Finance team to support timely collection.

Participate in dental exhibitions, courses, workshops, and company events to promote products and generate leads.

Maintain accurate sales records, including customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities.

Submit regular sales reports covering sales performance, pipeline progress, customer feedback, and market developments.

Keep product knowledge up to date through training and stay informed about competitor offerings.

Work closely with Marketing and other teams to support campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

TDS carry variety of brands from all over the world including dental loupes from Univet, Laser Machine from Pioon, hand instrument from Helmut Zepf, Composite from Micerium, bio-material From Ace Surgical, and Dental Photography from Lamp.U. Apart from these six products, we have whitening product from Beaming White (United States) to service the Esthetic Dentistry. In the near future, we have plans on working towards embarking on partnership with more and more substantial vendors and products.
