Hongkong Xiqi International is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to develop and execute hiring strategies across drivers, warehouse staff, and admin roles. You will source candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified individuals.

You will maintain proactive candidate communication, track key metrics, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs while ensuring local labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
