MR DIY International is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition in Malaysia to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines. The role focuses on attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in talent sourcing/recruitment, experience with ATS and sourcing tools, and strong communication skills to manage multiple roles

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end recruitment and collaborate closely with hiring managers in securing the right talent to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support
• Execute talent sourcing initiatives using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage quality candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities, and provide updates on candidate progress and market availability
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, capability, and cultural alignment before progressing to hiring managers.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and stay informed of current recruitment and employer branding trends.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Exposure to regional hiring is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and basic employment regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates a builder’s mindset, with good commercial awareness and an execution-driven approach.
