Hatch Asia is seeking a capable Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role focuses on sourcing top talent, maintaining compliant HR practices, and fostering a positive employee experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding, and manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality candidate referrals and smooth HR processes across the organization.

The Challenges

What It Takes

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor related discipline.
• Experience in HR and recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
