Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in HR software and tools with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about people development.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
