Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

You will build a talent pipeline, coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and assist with offer negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and hiring trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Effectively manage expectations of both hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.

• Experience recruiting for Microsoft-related technologies or similar tech ecosystems (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment (preferred)
