Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to design and implement strategies, source candidates across job boards, social media, and networks, and screen applicants to fit roles in our organization.

You will coordinate interviews, check references, and communicate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruiting processes; familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience or relevant internship.
• Ability to source and screen candidates against job requirements.
• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings.
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
• Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure candidates meet company standards.
• Contact candidate references and verify education requirements.
• Communicate with candidates and set up interviews.
• Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Management
