Job summary

Hitachi Rail GTS Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Support Protege Trainee to assist project activities and learn rail signalling and safety solutions. A Bachelor’s degree in CS is required with networking knowledge preferred.

You will assist engineers, document agendas, interact with customers, and contribute to testing and data analysis while developing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Networking / Data Communication Systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and AutoCAD or other engineering software.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
• Plan and organise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professionalism in relations with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Engineer for the Project activities.
• Use your knowledge of circuit diagrams and data analytics.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, including documenting agendas, minutes and follow-up.
• Interact with the customer side.
• Support testing activities.
