Hitachi Rail STS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Bid Coordinator Protege Trainee based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support tender and proposal activities, coordinating documents and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

You will work closely with sales, technical teams and other stakeholders to assemble proposals, review RFP/RFQ details, and edit content for clarity and accuracy. This role offers a structured trainee path within a global company.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

• Support the preparation of tender and proposal documentation to the customer.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Degree graduate in Business Admin, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Good multitasking and organizational skills. Can work in team, proactive and self-motivated.
