RTS Operations Pte Ltd is seeking Technical Officers to support rail engineering operations across multiple disciplines. You will help plan and execute preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance to keep trains, systems, and infrastructure safe, reliable, and compliant with standards.

You will engage in troubleshooting, testing and commissioning while maintaining spare parts and records. The role requires a diploma in engineering, willingness to work on-site, and the ability to work in

• Diploma in Engineering required; fresh graduates welcome; railway or safety-critical industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Job Purpose

We are seeking passionate Technical Officers to support rail engineering operations for RTS Operations Pte Ltd across multiple disciplines. You will play a vital role in ensuring trains, systems, and infrastructure remain safe, reliable, and compliant with standards through preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Engineers in planning and executing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance activities across rail systems and subsystems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault investigation, and first-level corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and system improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance records in line with SOPs and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and effective problem resolution.
• Support system reliability efforts through documentation, reporting, and participation in testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related disciplines). Fresh graduates welcome; experience in railway or safety-critical industries is an added advantage. Knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and safety compliance.
• Computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP/Maintenance Management Software.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site, support shift operations, and learn across multiple rail systems.
