Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of tender and proposal documentation to the customer.
• Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate preparation & distribution of related tender documents and submission of bid.
• Work closely with sales, technical, and other internal teams to gather for proposal compilation.
• Ensure that all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.
• Review of RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.
• Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and overall effectiveness.
