Job summary

RTS Operations Pte Ltd is seeking Technical Officers to support rail engineering operations across multiple disciplines. You will help plan and execute preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance to keep trains, systems, and infrastructure safe, reliable, and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required; fresh graduates welcome; railway or safety-critical industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving and communication abilities required.
• Willing to work on-site, support shift operations and learn across multiple rail systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers in preventive, corrective and overhaul maintenance across rail systems and subsystems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and first-level corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and system improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance records and spare parts; follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Support documentation, reporting, testing, and commissioning activities.
