Job summary

Ecdata service & solution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Graduate Trainee to support experienced IT professionals and help implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

The role involves researching and developing course notes, assisting in project sites, welcoming new staff, troubleshooting issues, supporting and maintaining IT systems, and documenting work for supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc. is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and Develop Course Notes: You will be responsible for researching and developing course notes on different IT topics.
• Project Site Assignments: You will be assigned to various project sites to assist in the development, testing, and implementation of IT systems.
• Welcome Inexperienced Staff: You will be responsible for welcoming and providing guidance to inexperienced staff members, helping them to settle in and learn the ropes of the organization's IT systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: You will be required to troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and provide solutions to staff members.
• Support and Maintenance: You will provide support and maintenance for existing IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring that they are functioning properly and are up-to-date.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for documenting your work and providing regular reports to your supervison
