Zusammenfassung

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle costing and pricing for carpentry, cabinetry and joinery works. You will study drawings and specifications to identify material and labour needs and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations.

You will work with clients, designers and suppliers to clarify pricing, review variations and keep QS records up to date. Training is provided for entry-level candidates, with opportunities across commercial and residential projects.

Manage project costing and pricing for carpentry, cabinetry and joinery works.

Study architectural drawings, design plans and project specifications to determine material and labour requirements.

Prepare detailed quantity measurements, cost estimates and quotations based on project scope.

Work closely with clients, designers, suppliers and internal project teams to clarify requirements and pricing.

Review and update quotations, including variations and additional works where required.

Track project costs and assist in ensuring projects are delivered within the approved budget.

Maintain accurate records of quotations, costing details and other QS documentation.

Support commercial and residential projects and handle other quantity surveying duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction or a related discipline.

Experience in interior design, carpentry, joinery, cabinetry or renovation will be an advantage.

Entry-level candidates with relevant QS qualifications are welcome to apply, with training provided.
