Job summary

FRK Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a diligent Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities for diverse construction projects in Malaysia. You will review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate costing and tender readiness.

You will monitor project costs, handle progress claims and variations, and liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
• Strong knowledge in construction methods and cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software
• Able to work independently and work well in a team
