Job summary

LK GLOBAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities, and to monitor project costs and control expenditure.

You will evaluate tenders, contracts and variations, prepare interim valuations and final accounts, and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors while ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures and assisting in risk analysis and cost forecasting.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software (e.g. PlanSwift, CostX - advantage)
