Responsibilities

• Examine and review construction plans and drawings and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, cost analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other relevant documents for submission to management.
• Provide advice and recommendations on cost-effective improvements and new strategies to managers and clients.
• Document design changes and update project budgets and cost estimates when necessary.
• Travel from the office to various project sites when required.
• Handle and coordinate payments to workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
