Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of infrastructure and building project experience as QS.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel experience advantageous.
• Experience in take-off quantities for infrastructure and building.

Responsibilities

• Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.
• Prepare and process progress claims and variation orders for Sub-Con and client.
• Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.
