• Provide advice and recommendations on cost-effective improvements and new strategies to managers and clients.
• Document design changes and update project budgets and cost estimates when necessary.
• Travel from the office to various project sites when required.
• Handle and coordinate payments to workers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job description

This role involves examining and reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity requirements, and liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. You will gather and prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and risk assessments, provide recommendations on improvements and strategies, document design changes, update budgets, travel to various sites, and handle payments for workers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities

Provide advice, recommendations, and suggestions to managers and clients on cost-effective improvements and new strategies.

Document design changes and update project budgets and cost estimates when necessary.

Travel from the office to various project sites when required.

Handle and coordinate payments to workers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
