Job summary

TELADAN SETIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans, perform cost estimation, prepare bills of quantities, and monitor budgets across diverse sites in Malaysia.

You will attend tender interviews, advise on cost-saving strategies, and prepare tender documents with architects or consultants. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong numerical and budgeting skills, and ability to work independently with travel to project

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering / Management or related field.

In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.

Candidates with 5 years related working experience at construciton industry will be an added advantage.
