Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive and gain broad exposure to pre-contract and post-contract activities across ongoing construction projects. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can contribute effectively to tendering, cost management, claims, and contract administration.
Assist in tendering activities, including cost estimation, tender documentation and submission.
Manage and monitor project costs, including supplier and subcontractor costs, interim claims and other project expenses.
Prepare and maintain records for variation orders and ensure all relevant costs are properly claimed.
Handle pre-contract and post-contract matters, including project budgets, progress claims, cash flow, tender documentation and final accounts.
Ensure progress claims, certifications and invoices are prepared and issued on time.
Maintain proper contractual and commercial records with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to protect the Company's interests.
Source quotations, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers and vendors.
Coordinate with the project and site teams to ensure the required documentation is properly maintained and complies with Company procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the superior or management.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract administration within the construction industry.
Good knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract work, including claims, variation orders and cost control.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
